Product · Operations

Everything the front desk does, without the front desk.

Bookings, memberships, programs and payments — for every lane, coach and centre you run. Plinth handles the operations an academy already pays for, and writes every one of them onto the athlete's record.

Rendered illustration with an invented academy and invented players. Not a screenshot of customer data.

Walkthrough

A Tuesday at one centre, in five screens.

Click through the day as the front desk sees it. Every screen is rendered from the product with invented names and figures.

Bookings

Resources, coaches and groups on one grid.

Lanes, bowling machines, courts and rooms are resources with their own hours. Coaches have availability and time off. A booking can take a lane, a coach, or both, for one athlete or a whole squad — and the grid shows what is free right now, per centre.

  • Resource bookings

Lanes and machines as bookable units with opening hours per centre. A booking can span more than one lane, and the grid shows what is free right now.

  • Coach bookings

One-to-one and small-group coaching against a coach's real availability. Time off blocks the diary; reschedule requests go to the parent to accept.

  • Group sessions

Recurring squads with rosters and per-session attendance, plus a waitlist for full slots. A member's plan tells the roster what they are entitled to, and flags a mismatch rather than blocking the child.

  • Programs and camps

Holiday programs sold as packs, with the child and the days captured at checkout so the roll is built before day one.

Memberships and payments

Get paid the way academies actually get paid.

Most academy revenue is recurring. Plinth treats memberships, credits and casual bookings as first-class, and charges them on the rails your families already use.

  • Direct-debit memberships

Memberships collected by direct debit, with pauses, plan changes and a clear next-charge date on the family's account.

  • Credit wallets and passes

Session credits that settle when a group session is delivered, month-bound group wallets and casual passes — with a ledger behind every movement.

  • Card payments, two countries

Stripe for Australian centres, Razorpay for India. Tax invoices carry the ABN or GSTIN the centre trades under.

  • Vouchers, promo codes, invoices

Gift vouchers, promo codes with rules, and tax invoices generated for every payment.

Communications

Reach every family, and only the right ones.

  • Broadcasts

Send to every family or to one centre, in-app, by email and by WhatsApp, with the recipient count recorded.

  • Reminders

Session and payment reminders on a schedule, with the log to prove they went.

  • Inbox

Enquiries and interactions logged against the account they came from, so the next person picking up the phone has the history.

Reporting

Numbers by centre, not a CSV to wrangle.

Sales by centre and by day, program rolls, membership and attendance views — built in, because the person running three centres should not need a spreadsheet to know which one had a good week.

Why it matters

Every operation writes to the record.

A booking that is attended is marked on the same record the coach rates. A membership that is paid tells the roster which days the athlete is entitled to. That is the difference between a booking system and Plinth: the operational fact and the development fact are the same fact.

Early access is opening.

Plinth is in daily use at three centres and is opening to a small number of academies next. Tell us about yours.
