Plinth · Early access is opening

One record, from the booking to the development plan.

Plinth runs the academy and develops the athlete in the same system. Every lane booked, every fee paid, every session coached and every assessment written sits on one record — so what a player did and how they progressed are finally the same story.

Rendered illustration of the product with an invented academy and invented players. Not a screenshot of customer data.

The problem

An academy is two businesses. Its software only knows one.

An academy runs a facility and develops athletes. The market sells software for one or the other, so an academy buys both — and nothing joins them. The coach's assessment sits in one place, the payment in another, and nothing connects the training a child actually did to the progress they actually made.

  • Operations software

Treats the athlete as a customer record.

Booking and membership platforms are good at lanes, classes and direct debits. The athlete is a name attached to a transaction. There is nowhere to write what the coach saw.

  • Performance software

Built and priced for professional clubs.

Assessment, load management and development platforms assume a sports-science department and a six-figure budget. They do not take a booking or collect a fee.

  • The academy

Ends up with two logins and a spreadsheet in between.

Two systems, two exports, no shared record. The parent paying for progress cannot see it, and the coach building it cannot see what was paid for.

What Plinth joins

Operations and development, as one continuous thing.

The booking is where the record starts, not where it ends.

  1. 01

    Book

A parent books a lane, a coach or a group session and pays in the same step.

  2. 02

    Attend

The roster marks who turned up, on the same record the coach is about to write on. Training at home goes in the family's diary.

  3. 03

    Assess

The coach rates the session against the athlete's stream, writes a highlight and sets the next focus.

  4. 04

    Plan

Ratings and notes become a development plan, with training programs assigned from the academy's own library.

  5. 05

    Progress

The parent sees the pathway in the same app they paid in. Progression is visible, so renewal is a decision, not a chase.

Founding customer

Built inside a working academy, not a boardroom.

Plinth runs Elite Cricket Academy — three centres across Australia and India, every booking, every payment, every player record. Elite is founded and owned by Watzaura's founder, which is exactly why Plinth exists: we built the system we could not buy.
