Watzaura Infotech is a Melbourne software company with one product and one founding customer. We build Plinth because we run academies and could not buy the system we needed. That is the whole thesis.
The thesis
The best software for a business is written by someone who has to run it on Monday.
Most vertical software is built by people who interviewed the customer. Plinth is built by people who are the customer — who open the centre, take the bookings, chase the direct debits, coach the squads and answer the parent who asks whether their child is improving. Every feature in Plinth exists because a real academy needed it on a real day, and every feature that sounded good in a meeting but did not survive a term got taken out.
Operate first
Plinth runs three centres in two countries before it is sold to anyone. Features are proven in use, not in a pitch.
Say what is true
No invented customers, metrics, testimonials or launch dates on this site. When we have real numbers to show, they will be here with their evidence.
Own the relationship
The founding customer is our own academy. We disclose that up front, because the alternative is that you find it in ninety seconds and stop trusting the rest.
Build the middle
The market sells operations software or performance software. Academies are both. Plinth is the middle.
