Product · Plinth

Run your academy. Develop every athlete.

Plinth is one system for the whole academy: the lanes and the ledger, the roster and the report card. The same record a parent pays against is the one the coach writes on.

Rendered illustration with an invented academy and invented players. Not a screenshot of customer data.

The record

One athlete, one record, every surface.

In Plinth an athlete is not a customer row with a booking history. The record holds the family account, the memberships and credits that pay for training, every session attended, every rating a coach has given, every note, every program assigned and completed, and the goals the athlete and coach agreed on. Operations reads it. Development writes to it. The parent sees it.

  • Family

    Account, players, consents

One account per family, any number of players, with consent captured per person — including media consent, so a photo cannot be taken without a basis on file.

  • Money

    Memberships, credits, payments

Direct-debit memberships with pauses, credit wallets, casual bookings, program enrolments, vouchers and promo codes. Every charge on the record it belongs to.

  • Training

    Sessions, attendance, roster

Group rosters and one-to-one bookings mark attendance on the athlete's record. A family training diary captures what happens between sessions.

  • Development

    Assessment, ratings, plans

A baseline assessment, weekly coach ratings per stream, notes, focus areas and assigned programs, building into a visible pathway.

Three surfaces

What you get.

01 · Front of house and back office

Operations

Resource and coach bookings, group sessions, holiday programs, memberships and direct debits, payments in two currencies, communications and reporting across centres.

Operations in detail
  • Lanes, courts, bays and rooms as bookable resources
  • Coach availability, time off and reschedule requests
  • Memberships via direct debit, credit wallets, casual passes
  • Card payments through Stripe (AU) and Razorpay (India)
  • Broadcasts, reminders and push notifications
  • Sales reporting and program rolls by centre

02 · The differentiator

Development

The athlete pathway. Intake and baseline assessment, weekly ratings by stream, coach notes, a training diary, training programs, a knowledge bank and match performance — all on the same record as the booking.

Development in detail
  • Player profile with role, stream, club, school and goals
  • Baseline assessment with priorities and 3-, 12-month goals
  • Weekly coach ratings with a highlight and next focus
  • Programs assigned from the academy's library and marked complete
  • Match performance imported from competition platforms
  • Coach digests and parent-visible progression

03 · Parents, athletes, coaches

Mobile

One installable app on iOS and Android. Parents book and pay and see the pathway; coaches see today's roster, mark attendance and write ratings from the lane.

Mobile in detail
  • Installs from the browser, no app-store gate
  • Push notifications for bookings, reminders and broadcasts
  • Offline shell so the schedule opens on a bad connection
  • Coach view built for a phone held in one hand

Foundations

Built for more than one centre from day one.

  • Multi-centre, multi-currency

Each centre carries its own timezone, currency and tax rules. Plinth runs Australian centres in AUD with GST tax invoices and an Indian centre in INR under GST/GSTIN, on the same codebase.

  • Roles that match an academy

Directors, centre admins, business development, junior admin and coaches each see what their job needs and nothing they should not.

  • Consent and privacy by design

Consent recorded per person, media tagged with the consent that authorised it, sensitive medical notes kept separate, and a public account-deletion route as app stores require.

  • Data you can take with you

Exports are logged and available. Your record is your record.

Early access

Early access is opening.

Plinth is in daily use at three centres and is opening to a small number of academies next. Tell us about yours.
